Last night Channel 4 premiered a film about the making of four new performance videos. I don’t really like the expression ‘urban sports’, but that seems to be what trails bike riding, flatland bmx, freestyle skateboarding and parkour/free running come under. The film is as much about the work between the performer/performers and their director, as the stunts themselves. The cinematography is excellent and the stories behind each person compelling. Well worth watching. Below are the individual films.

I went to see French director Gaspar Noé’s latest film this week. It’s not like anything I’ve seen before. I can’t say it’s good or bad, but it is challenging, funny, shocking, weird beyond belief. It’s actually quite hard to put into words, which I think is what he wants to achieve. If that’s you’re thing, go watch.
The Guardian have said it is more addictive than Eastenders and after a few days of listening / watching him in his Liverpool home, I am HOOKED! Wiley is either insane or a genius, don’t know which it is but it’s TV gold. We love Wiley, end of.
