I have fond memories of the first film. I guess it was to me what Star Wars was to earlier generations.. It had a brilliant bleakness to it. The never-ending dark landscapes, ominous music and characters you cared about. Rare for Disney. The new one looks like it has potential but I don’t want to over hype and then be made to eat my own words. It deserved mentioning that Daft Punk are doing the soundtrack which I think is a good thing. There have been many a ‘leaked track!!!!!!’ on the net, but I think only one of them is legit. Roll on December!

Of all the ‘leaked tracks!!!!’, whether official or not, this one is my favourite.

Onto more musical matters but keeping with the futuristic theme. Peverelist is the latest artist to mix for Fact magazine. There is no tracklist, just music, including what sounds to me like unreleased tracks from the man himself.
