Last weekend I went to Geneva for the Electron festival where I saw some amazing sets from Marcus Nasty, Deadboy, Girl Unit, Chrissy Murderbot and more. Here’s a short video I took at the Planet Mu Footwork stage, with DJ Rashad and DJ Spinn on mixing duties accompanied by live footwork dancers, reppin’ the Chi- town scene.
Oh Gosh! Not much else to say about the antics of this particular Notting Hill Carnival reveler, other than that she’s been slackly studying the art of the Dancehall Queen. Fortunately my eyes were saved from any such sights at this years Carnival. At this point I would normally say enjoy, but I don’t quite feel it to be appropriate for this one. No offense if this is your cup of tea though
I was lucky enough to have caught Jeremy’s live set on the beach at the Worldwide Festival in Sete earlier this month, but there weren’t any decent clips of my highlights to share, so I went looking for something to substitute. Here he is in Cardiff earlier this summer performing a similar set. The visual isn’t great but you can see what he’s doing with lightning quick fingers and a sick feel for a groove. Enjoy.
