After the storming success of their parties and sets in the second half of 2011, Kitsch and Sync have established themselves as serious ones to watch in 2012 for fans of deep/tech house. Now they have shown another side to their game by putting up these two productions on their soundcloud. These two tracks complement each other really well and show the spectrum of what the Kitsch & Sync vibe is all about. Keep your eyes on this lot, tipped for big things!
P.S. For the New Year’s Day raving crew, get yourselves down to K&S, info here.
Kuedo‘s album ‘Severant’ has been featured in pretty much every notable end of year list, and rightly so. Now Londoners have a chance to watch the Berlin-based producer (signed to Planet Mu) headlining the next Tempo Clash event this Saturday (17.12.11) at CAMP basement. He’ll be playing alongside Ital Tek, and 3 of Tempo Clash’s residents Kutmah, Kidkanevil and Offshore. Watch the video below which introduces the crew of Tempo Clash residents (Kutmah, Blue Daisy, Om Unit, Kidkanevil and Offshore) and cop your tickets for the party here.
Tonight sees a massive line-up from the Redux crew hit Hidden as part of the always on point FOUND event series. As you would expect, all the biggest hitters in the Bass and Grime scenes will be there including our boy Crypt. To get you warmed up for tonight’s party he has recorded the mix below. This event is guaranteed to be a roadblock so we highly recommend you cop a ticket now, from somewhere like here.

I first heard this joint on rapper Jams F Kennedy‘s mixtape for Earnest Endeavours (which you can download here). Now the track by Widows (Jams F Kennedy and Bobby Evans) called Orchid is available for free ahead of the forthcoming Widows EP release on Earnest Endeavours records. The percussion is mad good and Jams’s Southern rapping style kills it. Listen and download here:
And Londoners who fancy an off-carnival BBQ jam, make sure you get tickets to the Earnest Endeavours party on Sunday 28th August where the one and only Dante Fried Chicken will be cookin up a storm alongside a dose of the finest beats courtesy of Alex Nut & Fatima, The Blessings and a secret headliner. More info here y’all.
This Saturday, June 4, 2011, sees the launch of new London party Liminal Sounds.
To promote the night, rather than add yet another mix to your inbox, Liminal have undertaken a project that created a collaboration between the different artists playing, highlighting both the areas of common ground between them and also their unique musical viewpoints.
The result of this is LS001, two free remixes that were created by artists from our lineup remixing each other. You can download them below, or from a direct download here.
Wicked dancefloor jam from NYC’s Brenmar and slick video to go with it. If you’re feeling this, you can catch the man himself playing down at GET ME on Bank holiday Sunday. Check here for full listings.
The sun is shining in London and we have a four day weekend coming up courtesy of you know who (no, not just the Royals, Jesus is playing his position too!). Here’s a dope video from the Beasties.
