Blade Brown is excellent. This track is taken from his mixtape Financial Times, which I highly recommend you go and buy.
Feeling this hip hop track from UK rapper Pace. Jay Weathers (Wiley – Seduction, If I Could) works his magic on the production.
Taken from Pace’s forthcoming EP.

Freddie Gibbs has dropped his highly anticipated new album, completely for free, through a collaboration with skate and graffiti clothing brand LRG. Fans won’t be disappointment, Gibbs hasn’t watered his style down at all, using a trusted combination of bangers and street stories. It’s that black heavy metal rap, with features from Young Jeezy and Dom Kennedy and beats from J.U.S.T.I.C.E League, Beatnick and K-Salaam amongst others. Cop that.
And we don’t stop there, make sure you check out this amazing collab between the UK’s Joker and Jessie Ware and Freddie Gibbs entitled Let Me Breath. BIG! (We will cover Joker’s album in another post.)
Thank god it’s Friday! Phonica Records, Streets of Beige and Nonsense have teamed up to present an unmissable party happening tonight. Following on from our post of Roachee’s Hype Session, rumours have been gathering pace all year, and earlier this month Jammer confirmed that Lord of The Mics 3 will be going ahead. For us, this is the best thing to happen to Grime in a very long time. A date and time has yet to be confirmed, so the best way to keep up with developments is through Twitter and to watch the Hype Sessions on Youtube.
At the time of writing, we know these clashes to be lined up… with more to follow.
Diesle VS. Wariko
Shifty VS. Sox
NoLay VS. OGNiki
Desperado VS. Rival
Marger VS. Layz
Hypes VS. Tezz Kid
Here is a collection of some of the Hype Session’s shot so far…
